37 <p>Because XBoard can detect checkmate and stalemate, <samp><span class="file">cmail</span></samp>
38 handles game termination sensibly. As well as resignation, the
39 &lsquo;<samp><span class="samp">Action</span></samp>&rsquo; menu allows draws to be offered and accepted for
40 <samp><span class="file">cmail</span></samp> games.

42    <p>For multi-game messages, only unfinished and just-finished games will be
43 included in email messages. When all the games are finished, they are
44 archived in the user's archive directory, and similarly in the opponent's
45 when he or she pipes the final message through <samp><span class="file">cmail</span></samp>. The archive
46 file name includes the date the game was started.
