Let 'searching' also indicate thinking state

Let 'searching' also indicate thinking state

The flag 'think'  is eliminated, and its function is now indicated by
giving 'searching' the value 3. This makes 'searching' now a complete
state indicator, which indicates if we are idle, pondering, analysing
or thinking.
