Skip in pieceToChar to Tokin always

The piece after the skip symbol '/' in the pieceToCharTable was
defined as CHUPROMOTED Pawn, which only is a Tokin in variant chu,
but a Cannon in other variants. The intension was to always skip
to Tokin, though.
