fix for bug #27715: 2 (minor) graphic issues

I forced a total redraw when Reset is called from the ICS code in case a
new game is encountered, in the hope it will make the reported
(irreproducible) problem go away. As game switches are not frequent, I
guess there is hardly any downside to this.
