Remove an useless comparison in futility pruning

Currently futility is allowed when depth < SelectiveDepth
and SelectiveDepth is 7*OnePly, so the comprison is
always true.

Patch could introduce a functional change only if
we choose to increase SelectiveDepth.

Currently no functional change.
