   3  This help file documents the rules for adding extra accounts for players.

   5  The file is for the AFICS site, please feel free to modify the contents
   6 or admin names for your particular site.

   8 Types of account allowed:

  10     playing account or        | only 1 of these allowed per person
  11     chatting account or       | admins may have one of these in addition
  12     playing/chatting account  | to their normal account - see below.

  14                               - This is the default registered account.

  16     blind account             - for blindfold chess ONLY!

  18                               - may shout with it, but NOT to be used as
  19                               - an excuse to abuse/get round quota/get
  20                               - past censor lists etc.

  22                               - must use style 9 (although may set to
  23                               - another style to examine afterward)

  25     team account              - for team chess ONLY!
  26                               - see rules for blind accounts

  28                               - advise player not to let members other
  29                               - than from his/her site to use it as
  30                               - is responsible for their behaviour.
  31                               - this is not a hard fixed rule though.

  34     'cyborg' account          | (more if automatic moving)

  37                               - used as a shouting mechanism (except for

  41                               - using a computer to analyse the moves,
  42                               - but a human is deciding which one to play.

  77      2> Comment file is clean or nearly clean (check the comments don't
  78          assume because someone has more than one comment they have been
  79          an abuser). Repeat offenders must be refused additional accounts.

  81      3> The player is not known to cause (much) trouble.

  85    Must put in comments list of the player applying for it the name and type

  90    Must add in the realname of the account, the handle of the player and what
  91   type of account it is.

  93    Finally add it to a list with +listname [name] if appropriate.

  95    Do NOT revert an additional account to a player account without good reason
  96   (eg old account was destroyed somehow). Check with sveshi (AFICS) if unsure..
