   6   Adds information to the list in question.  There are several kinds of lists
   7 on the server.  Some can only be modified by admins; others can be modified by
   8 all users.  "Sublist" command removes information from a list.

  10   The standard alias for "addlist" is "+".  For example, "addlist notify
  11 Stravinsky" could be typed as "+notify Stravinsky" instead.
