Usage: asetlight handle rating won lost drew RD
RESTRICTED TO ADMINISTRATORS.

  This command allows admins to set a user's statistics for lightning games. 
The parameters are self-explanatory: rating, # of wins, # of losses, # of
draws, and ratings deviation.
