Usage: canewsp #
RESTRICTED TO ADMINISTRATORS.

   This command allows you to change the poster of an anews item. The 'Posted
by <admin>' line at the end of the anews item will reflect the admin account
which executed the command.  The '#' is the number of the anews index.
