   7   Sets the admin level of the player with the following restrictions.
   8   1. You can only set the admin level of players lower than yourself.
   9   2. You can only set the admin level to a level that is lower than
  10      yourself.

  12   Levels
  13   ------
  14     0    - Normal user.  Almost everyone is admin level 0.
  15    10    - Administrator.  This level allows you to execute administrator
  16            commands.
  17    20    - Master Administrator.  Allows you to make and break
  18            administrators.
  19   100    - God. You can do anything.
